I'm a Marketing Specialist located on Long Island in New York. I graduated from Rochester Insitute of Technology with an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction and a B.S. in Game Design and Development. I have created successful digital content for various organizations.

Rwanda Research Experience

A video showcasing the International Research Experience for Students (IRES) Rwanda project. The project was funded by the National Science Foundation in collaboration with Rochester Insitute of Technology. I participated on the project as a GIS Researcher and Content Creator. I interview my co-researcher, while showcasing footage that I gathered while conducting field work within Rwanda.

A Wordpress site that I created for Farmingdale State College's Long island EOC. Since November 2019, I have been working at Farmingdale State College creating graphics for their social media and website. I also periodically update their site's information and maintain it's security.

Pasatiempo

A team project for my Information and Interaction Design class at RIT. The goal was to create a high-fiedelity mock-up of an application. We based the design on our usability testing, user feedback, and heurstic testing. We created Pasatiempo, a mobile social media application focused on hobby tracking, sharing, and learning.

  • Conducted fieldwork in Rwanda as a National Science Foundation research fellow, exploring refugee resilience to disasters through on-site investigations and interviews
  • Collected and analyzed qualitative data to gain comprehensive insights into the factors contributing to refugee resilience in the face of disasters
  • Utilized GIS methods within ArcGIS to map collected data, creating visual representations that offer a clear and informative depiction of refugee resilience within Rwandan refugee camps
